Choose from 76 bundled sounds, including rain, water, nature, animals, home, city, travel, noise, space and tones. Combine up to 12 layers, adjust each sound, save personal mixes, mark favorites and set a gentle fade timer. Bundled sounds play offline without an account.
Build an evening routine with a visual breathing guide, your sound mix and a gradual fade to silence. Explore short relaxation texts and stories, or keep an optional listening journal on your device. Read aloud with an installed matching offline system voice; availability and voice quality depend on your phone.
Background playback keeps your chosen sounds playing when you leave the app. You can pause or stop playback from the app or Android media controls.
This is a general relaxation and routine tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or measure sleep conditions or provide emergency monitoring. Tone labels describe audio characteristics, not proven health benefits. Use a comfortable listening volume.
This Android test release has no advertising and offers no new Pro purchases, subscriptions or restore controls. Legacy entitlement data and compatible code are retained; some retained features, including the optional microphone-based sound-level mode, are not offered to new free users. The microphone is not required for ordinary playback.
Local settings, optional transfers, data deletion and user-initiated support contact are explained in the in-app privacy information. No cloud account or cloud sync is required.
