I've had nothing but issues with this app. It crashes constantly, often within seconds of opening, making it nearly impossible to use. Even when it does stay open, it's sluggish and unresponsive. Basic tasks take forever to load, and it frequently freezes or lags. I've tried reinstalling and updating, but the problems persist. Really disappointing – this app needs serious bug fixes and performance improvements. Not recommended until it's more stable.

This app is very disappointing. It is not working properly even after repeated requests. OTPs are not being received, and biometric access gets removed automatically very frequently, which is causing a lot of inconvenience. Kindly resolve these issues as soon as possible.

Extremely poor app design. It gets logged out after somedays if not opened. And again I have to enter consumer no, mob no and OTP. Why its getting logged out evertime. Its a app you don't open everyday, mostly once or twice a month. Every month I have to enter the details to log in. After login for somedays it works fine. But if I open it after long time it says session expired.
