My vehicle billing statement had an ad to reduce my deductible through MOBILE agent app by enrolling in "DriveDown". I spent more than an hour trying to get enrolled, the app rates less than zero for "user friendly", never got enrolled or even saw a reference to the program. Why enroll in a program to give safe drivers a reduced deductible rate at all, my vehicle records already reflects my driving record. i think some defective AI must be operating this program.

This is by far the worst app I have ever used. It is slow, does not work with saved passwords or Biometric data as it always forgets I selected to save it, the user interface is trash, impossible to navigate to useful information or view policies in a meaningful way, and looks like it was designed in 1987. Not to mention Farm Bureau is trash. They no longer write policies in Louisiana and their agents lie to you about the policies they are able to write.

it constantly goes in and out with the ability to pay your bill. and if you have to go to your local agent to pay your bill they charge an additional $5 taking the payment. this is the major bug you need to fix. it may also help there's a contact us for customer support and not the accident claim.

Mississippi users can now easily access their membership benefits and information provided by the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation from their membership dashboard, including Benefits, News, Contact County Office, Participate, Ag in the Classroom and Give.
