This is by far the worst app I have ever used. It is slow, does not work with saved passwords or Biometric data as it always forgets I selected to save it, the user interface is trash, impossible to navigate to useful information or view policies in a meaningful way, and looks like it was designed in 1987. Not to mention Farm Bureau is trash. They no longer write policies in Louisiana and their agents lie to you about the policies they are able to write.

With the latest update as of 03/02/2026, when I try to log in, it accepts but immediately tells me the session has expired and never gets past the login screen. Absolutely useless app, and then it requests to ignore battery optimizations so it's a useless drain on your battery, too.

My vehicle billing statement had an ad to reduce my deductible through MOBILE agent app by enrolling in "DriveDown". I spent more than an hour trying to get enrolled, the app rates less than zero for "user friendly", never got enrolled or even saw a reference to the program. Why enroll in a program to give safe drivers a reduced deductible rate at all, my vehicle records already reflects my driving record. i think some defective AI must be operating this program.
