Strongest Families Institute (SFI) is an award-winning charity that guides clients as they learn skills to overcome mild to moderate mental health issues to improve the mental well-being for all. At SFI we equip children, youth, adults and families to overcome and prevent anxiety, behaviour, bedwetting and recurrent pain through skills-based learning. We specialize in anxiety programs for ages 6-18 and 18+; behaviour programs for ages 3-12; and bedwetting for ages 5-12. Clients can choose from hardcopy books or online access, and all programs are available in English and French.

The Strongest Families Institute app is a companion to our online program option, enabling existing SFI clients to take their programs on the go so they can continue to make progress with or without a reliable internet connection. Clients can access program materials (including audio and video), practice their skills and communicate with their Coach using the SFI app.
