JB is officially licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) in accordance with the finance regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject to the supervision of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

As per SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority) security regulations, the application should make the location permission as mandatory requirement. If the customer tries to login from two different geolocation with
3 hours and 100 kms apart
then application should force customer to login only through: Password, Biometrics or PIN. However, due to the mentioned security regulations, the user cannot use the application without the Geolocation enabled.

JB requires Camera and media access to scan the IBAN certificate for verification as per the regulation and to scan the bank statement in case of financial review.

Whenever I open this app, I receive an error saying, "You have a Development option enabled." I have even uninstalled and reinstalled this app a few times. I am using this app on a Samsung S23 Ultra.

This is one of the worst programs I've ever used. It's supposed to be a payment program, so it should be responsive, take longer to send verification messages, and send them quickly.

تطبيق سيء جدا ولا يعمل بصورة صحيحة خدمة عملاء غير متجاوبة نهائيا ، لا رد على الهاتف او الايميل أو حتى التطبيق بشكل عام من أسوأ التجارب مع البنوك أو اي مقدم خدمات مالية Very bad app and not working properly Absolutely unresponsive customer service, no answer to phone, email or even app In general, one of the worst experiences with banks or any financial service provider.
