I went out and did my e transfer like you are supposed to, so can have money on the shakepay account, I did that, then their was issues with the verification, I got that fixed, they had me send the money I added go my account to a different e transfer, and I have been fighting with them for days trying to get the money put onto the account, in the bitcoin format they said they could do, I have yet to receive it. This is a huge issue, and I just keep getting the run around. Don't use this app

Easy way to buy and sell bitcoin. Overall pretty good but have had some issues or delays getting my e transfers to them. Its usually very quick but sometimes it takes a day or you can cancel and try again. Update...app ha improved and has been working great with speedy transfers.

Never in my life have I experienced so much difficulty with 1 app! It shouldn't take 4 days to verify a person's identity! I've resubmitted my ID 3 times already and you're telling you still cant verify it. Only reason that I'm not giving yall 1 star is because of the good communication from customer service
