Everything was ok until I was restricted. I cannot send any digital currency but I can receive. This message after 6yrs of usage was quite a disappointment to read "your account has limited functionality". They haven't given me the wallet details, they gave no information at all except they are restricting usage and it's a final decision. I've had no issues so it's quite Inconvenient and quite disappointing. Kraken has been a wonderful switch.

Honestly shakepay is a decent default app for PERSONAL crypto trading. If you are trying to day trade(high volume of daily trades) or trade large values, you should know they have some history of issues with those cases. do your research. For everyday personal use it's solid. I recommend getting a secondary wallet(ideally a hard wallet) that you use for long term holds. The fees are reasonable, everything works quickly and simply, and it's compatible with most major banks.

it won't even let me get past the sign up part. I have tried to create a "shake tag" and I've only used numbers and letters like they're asking me, but it doesn't matter what combination of words, letters and numbers I put in it just keeps saying "JSON parsing error" so I'm really not sure what to do either than try another crypto app. I've tried over and over and there's no help option or anything.
