Stay Away! there are much better Bitcoin Wallets. they are slowly starting to behave like banks. they hide everything in the fine print that is not easily accessible to read. Customer service is lacking bigtime, especially "Kyle" who is very condescending. not sure why he's in customer service. the guy is always quoting the fine print but doesn't provide the links to read it myself. he seemed very annoyed that I used the help feature. got better service from the bot. ask for another agent.

I have been using ShakePay since 2022 and I love how they reward their users! I just recently received my physical card in the mail, (with my name and @shaketag embossed) and I love it! So many ways to use the app is one of my favorite aspects, but it just works so well and I almost have never had any technical issues. Over the years, the devs have created some fun and engaging ways to reward users through their daily use of the app. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND KEEP BUILDING! 21÷♾️

They note that their Interac deposits happen almost instantly - but each time I have tried to do a deposit, there have been lengthy delays -- taking several business days, and not even listed in recent activity, like the pending deposits dont even exist. Their AI chatbot simply tells you to do another deposit. Such a joke of an app
