slow at times. the loyalty app is frustrating when trying to save for later or delete ann item. wait till the end of the order to let me know that I have under the amount for the threshold to get the reward points. not with each item. it seems especially glitchy during high volume times. Costner do not want to use Ann unfriendly system. cushion have also commented that the home page has too much going on. please return to a more simplified content.

This app worked very well until the website was "upgraded" earlier this month. As others have reported, the logo shows with the three dots cycling through time after time, etc. I uninstalled it, restarted my phone, and reinstalled it only to get the same problem! Looks like IT needs to jump on this and see where the glitch is between the app and the website! It is really a PITA to go to the website on my phone or, even worse, my laptop to find something when I think of it... hopefully at home!

It's not really user friendly. It take a good amount of time to make an order. One frustration is if you have to remove more than 1 item you cannot remove multiple things at a time, so you sit and wait often. As far as Shaklee and it's products I'd give them 10 stars. I have used Shakleey products since I was 20. I'm past 60. They the best cleaning, laundry and supplements. There website. A BIG Grrr BUT I USE IT to for the love of the products.
