The PureGym app lets you get the most out of your membership with us.

Getting the "Error. An error occurred while fetching data" Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times now. I guess the engineer who pushed 6.1.9 is on vacation. He may as well stay there since his position will be gone after pushing a bug like this and leaving. Don't buy a membership, and don't download the app. The people running puregym have lost it, and I see them losing their share of the market soon. To help the progression a little bit, I recommend you go support your local gym instead.

Took me 40 minutes to register. 1. Tried registering on the website, doesn't work. 2. App slow as hell. Continuing takes 15s to process. 3. After slowly and painfully entering everything, it stated different price (turns out you pay for 2 months), I pressed cancel to find out why and needed to SLOWLY enter everything again. 4. 2nd time during payment "An error occured while fetching data" 5. AGAIN I HAVE TO ENTER EVERYTHING. At least it worked. Trains perservarence before the gym starts 💪

The app constantly has something buffering on the front page?? Every action on the app needs a little buffer moment too, super slow! But the worst.. trying to use the qr-code reader to get to the gym, it didn't work and said something like "you're too far from the gym" ....?? I've uninstalled it and installed it back and it still has the same problems. I can't even change my password anywhere in the app settings???
