Would be good if app allows subscribers to trade in their pass for the day if they happened to need to have other arrangements or are out of office. I don't mind if I'm just having 50% value of it which I can use towards next pass. Also, recently my route BNB1 had a change of bus, the bus seat is much smaller than the seats in the previous 13 seater mini bus. Hope that the team can source for something more comfortable for us.

Been taking for 3 weeks and very good so far. I could take short nap on the way to work and reached office early. Keep it up.
Pick-up timings are very misleading. Driver along route (tm2) consistently late for at least 15 - 20 minutes. Claims traffic congestion but driver is usually not even along the route at first pickup timing. Would not recommend for users hoping to get to work on time
The bus left without me also this morning. First time take the bus so arrived 12 minutes earlier waiting at the appointed bus stop and kept tracking the bus. However can not recognize the bus even with eyes open big! The bus never stopped for me either! Expect improvement for first time bus taker. Show the logo clearly on bus or provide customers bus number or photo of the bus.
