Hi, thanks for the great service and willingness to implement suggestions for improvement! The only technical glitch is now is the failure to show messages on the notification page (so i always have unread messages perpetually). I have resinstalled and the latest version of the sharetransport app but it does not resolve the problem. pls include this update in the future version that is coming up! thanks!
AVOID - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 buses came at the same time. The bus number is printed very small, so I boarded one. Realised I boarded the wrong bus, I alighted but my proper bus left. Called them up, they only said to take alternative transport & will call me back but they didn't. I paid $5.80 for nothing (NO offer of a refund). Bad implementation of service. AVOID!
Don't have the feature to allow users to buy bulk tickets and consume accordingly like Grabshuttle. Also, 2 months since July that I feedback that the seats on BNB1 are only suitable for children and small size adults but nothing has changed to improve passengers comfort.
Very good customer service and driver. Make my commute to work stress free.
Been taking for 3 weeks and very good so far. I could take short nap on the way to work and reached office early. Keep it up.
Pick-up timings are very misleading. Driver along route (tm2) consistently late for at least 15 - 20 minutes. Claims traffic congestion but driver is usually not even along the route at first pickup timing. Would not recommend for users hoping to get to work on time
