I spent 3 hrs (1 hrs of it with a representatives) just trying to sign in and get a password that would work. The representatives were even frustrated with it. Ridiculous for such a big company. Please get it fixed.

when will the app be updated to be supported by the newer version? I keep getting "application no longer being supported by." error - verbatim, by the way

Doesn't allow me to use the same password as my other Sharp accounts. Also, never seems to recognize the correct password for very long. Navigation and organization is not intuitive.
