An extremely generic app lacking Any necessity. makes your insurance details inaccessible . There are links that lead to blank pages, try and send them a message and it will not send nor save as a draft Any info is basic in the App. Sharp already sends an explanation of benefits statement every month and the insurance card has a number for questions. An app should be beneficial.( Pun intended )

The new app won't let me sign in or set up a new account. One annoying thing it does is where you're supposed to enter your info for creating an account, it says "Yam" instead of "Name". There's some MAJOR bugs in this thing. I NEED to contact my doctor and I can't because of the new so called "upgrades".

I spent 3 hrs (1 hrs of it with a representatives) just trying to sign in and get a password that would work. The representatives were even frustrated with it. Ridiculous for such a big company. Please get it fixed.
