Doesn't allow me to use the same password as my other Sharp accounts. Also, never seems to recognize the correct password for very long. Navigation and organization is not intuitive.

Really like the app and everything Sharp has been doing to go online. Can do everything I need: check and pay claims, check coverage and YTD status, etc. My only wish is that they merge the insurance and healthcare apps, so I don't need 2 apps for one company, but I understand the separation. A minor annoyance, but maybe a needless one?

Tried everything, system does not recognize me. Frustrating waste of time.
