Who is Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing?

Ratings and reviews

This app seems to just hang there. When I select to look at my account, it just keeps spinning. When I select to make a payment, it tells me that there is a problem with accessing the servers. It has been like this for the past month. Same issues from day one.

doesnt work/load anything. log in, it shows your loan and everything but you click on it and all it does is appear to try to load your information forever, you can click on a few other tabs and all it says is an error occurred try again later, you try hours, days, whatever later and its fhe same thing. unusable app that doesnt provide information other than that yep, there is your loan.

Wants to verify it me afteroggimg on by sending code to phone but the code never comes so I can't log in. Useless.

What’s new
