Biometrics login does not work. It worked fine until the update. It gives you the oops error at the beginning. You then log in with your password. It asked you if you want to enable biometrics. You select yes. Nothing happens. Then if you select biometrics in the app it asks you to confirm or cancel. When you select confirm it toggles back off. Smh

The way I was paying my mortgage before this was perfectly fine. Now using this app is a complete downgrade. I'm at least still able to pay my mortgage. What I can't stand is the whole experience of this app is shotty, hard to navigate, and I can't pay my mortgage bi weekly like I could before and not have to worry about if it's going to go through or not. While my mortgage was in the process of being transfered to this, gave me the impression it would be finished by then. This app, is garbage.

Just tried to sign in and it gives the same errors as the Calibur app. Oh, and the webpage won't load. Fantastic. Seeing all of the other complaints, that remain the same for months, it seems that, perhaps, legal action should be considered, especially if people are getting late fees due to an app that does not work correctly. And I won't be contacting your lousy customer service, bc, clearly, that does not help.
