I have not been able to login to the app for about a year. I login with biometrics and it seems to be successful but it sits on the login screen. but the login button doesn't work after I try once. have to use the website. issue 2:. I signed up for bi-monthly payments, which is supposed to help pay off earlier, but Newrez does this trick on the back end. if the amount isn't enough for a full payment they hold it until it is a full payment. This completely defeats the purpose. should be illegal.

Works well, IF you can sign in. The past few months each time I try to sign on through the app, biometric or PIN, it just freezes on the welcome screen and doesn't advance. I've tried uninstalling and starting over, no change. I feel like I get lucky on the times it goes through. We have two accounts and when I can get signed in, it won't allow us to pay the other account ahead unless we label it extra principal, therefore, it doesn't count as the coming months amount due. Please fix the app!

Just tried to sign in and it gives the same errors as the Calibur app. Oh, and the webpage won't load. Fantastic. Seeing all of the other complaints, that remain the same for months, it seems that, perhaps, legal action should be considered, especially if people are getting late fees due to an app that does not work correctly. And I won't be contacting your lousy customer service, bc, clearly, that does not help.
