This app allows you to track how much protein you consume throughout the day, and also keeps track of your consumption history. You can set a daily goal for the amount of protein you would like to hit, see how close you were to your goal, and see individual consumption entries. You can also add notes to each entry, and record protein from a previous day (in case you forgot to track it before). The current version doesn't have any other nutrition tracking, and doesn't have a database of foods. It is meant to be a simple way to keep track of approximately how much protein you are getting.
