The absolute worst place to shop online! I love the selection but it takes 2 wks or more to receive your order. The customer service is always HORRIBLE AND THE AGENTS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!! EVERY TIME I'VE CALLED I HAVE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Prices are wonderful but that's the only good thing!

Very bad glitches, can't actually buy shoes. Draw system is fake, you don't have a chance at actually buying a shoe release. No confirmations and no communications, placed an order for a 2 sweatshirts took weeks until my order finally shipped. Just can't get jiggy with this, hope your experience is better than mine.
