Overall the app works well. However, the constant (almost weekly) need to update it is annoying, especially when youre trying to schedule a shift/route for a day/the week. There's no option to bypass the update either, unlike most apps. So, you either have to uninstall/reinstall or update the app to even continue to use it. Smh There should be an update later option, especially for those of us who might not have the extra space on our phones at the moment but would definitely like to work.

Horrible loading location, support does not respond, gate code, apartment instructions are not provided all the time, staff is unprofessional and rude.
