App isn't usable. the home tab tells you to create a route, but the create a route tab only has a parcel scanner. theres no way to select a task, begin anything, or receive any info about tasks/jobs.

Some good improvements have been rolled out in recent updates, but there is still some room for improvement. Please add option to use alternative GPS provider. Google Maps is not dependable and frequently routes to incorrect locations, resulting in waste of time, money (tolls) and fuel.

When? We deliver past 6 o'clock. The app usually cuts itself off. But we reboot in and try again to make it work. We run a 100 packages a day. That is why we go past 6 o'clock a lot of times
