Non-functional! Waisting time! App is 100% useless! Shin Han Bank doesn't care! I can't even deposit check over the phone now.(3/11/24) Getting worse every day!

I can deal with the outdated appearance but the app is simply not functional - as many other reviews noted, it is impossible to deposit a check since it cannot read any pictures properly - really unbelievable this day in age.

App lots of times don't take the password have to type it like 3 times and sometimes have issues like won't let you in but mostly happens on the weekend when the person needs it the most
