With the full implementation of the electronic financial fraud prevention service, major transactions require additional authentication using the contact information in your customer profile. If the update fails, please uninstall the installed Shinhan SuperSOL and reinstall it.

Can't do literally anything without installing some other app and going through another billion step verification process that wastes even more of your time.

Please make app usable in English and other languages. Some Koreans prefer English or other languages, and we are not allowed to use the "foreigner" or Global version for some reason. Either add other languages to this version, or allow Koreans to use the multilingual version and add all the functions to use that version. It would be cheaper than employing an entire department of multilingual staff, right?

Very weird app. Call Center repeatedly gave me wrong answers to my questions. Internet banking didn't work even though I followed the instrctuions. Call Center again. This time the Call Center transferred my call to wrong department without knowing my problems. After all, I was reconnected with the employee who transferred my call to wrong department. Sadly amazing experience! All of these happened even though I spoke to them in Korean...
