don't use this app if you can't read Korean. I would probably recommend starting an account with woori bank and use their woori won global app. this app is beyond frustrating.

Did you ask a bunch of interns to develop and maintain this app? I've never used any banking app that would be so slow, buggy and crashy. I also love how everything is in English, except for the error messages so you have no idea what you're doing wrong if you encounter an issue. As long as you're just making a simple transfer, stuff is all right, but the moment you need to do something more advanced you'd better have a map to take you through the crazy ui design

New update on the 1st of December. Now the app won't even open. Instant crash every time. Complete piece of trash. Almost a week gone by since I updated and still no fix. Others seem to be longer with the same issue. Shinhan is not doing much to instill any confidence in those who trust them with their money.
