shipday is great, clearly has its strengths and benefits But one challenge that seems to be a big issue for most service providers is the need to enable users to book multiple trips/deliveries/drives using a custom form. it's all one at a time. and the merchant portal has a technical user interface not suitable for all clients. That said if multiple drives become possible weather custom form or shipday upgrade I would appreciate a heads up as you have many potential user cases waiting. Cheers.

Awful customer service. I've sent emails to support with no reply. My bank sometimes blocks overseas payments. Shipday decides to suspend all services without an invoice, without notice, without a grace period and zero response. Once payment is rectified it even takes them days to bring your services back. Ridiculous!

I had an issue with sending out announcements in the app -- Mark & the team jumped on it to observe the issue. I am now able to send an announcement to the team of drivers. There are great aspects to this app and I'm looking to have a long B2B relationship.
