Shipday Drive is an app for delivery drivers and couriers delivering locally. It helps the drivers to stay on time, stay in touch with the dispatcher, and keep all of their order details in one place.


OVERVIEW:


With Shipday Drive, drivers can receive order details on-the-go from their dispatchers, see the fastest routes from pick-up location to customer doorstep, and communicate delivery status updates to multiple parties with a single tap.
With the Shipday Drive app, drivers can see:
* Their delivery queue
* Pickup and delivery addresses
* Order details
* Maps and navigation
* Contact numbers and delivery instructions
* Space to provide proof of delivery (picture and signature)

I want to be able to give it 5 stars. This needs to be a system where the last mile delivery service can enter multiple restaurants with the manual forms geared to each restaurant. This way all orders from all restaurants go to the driver app. Many restaurants can't afford to use the big boys to deliver and still just do call in orders. If each restaurant was able to dispatch their call ins for delivery manually on just their app it would really simplify things.

Quite possibly the worst delivery interface I've ever used. When importing an address to Google Maps, it almost always imports the wrong address. On average the address is 3 minutes away from the intended address. the fact that it took me to an address 10 minutes away from the intended address is what prompted me to give this review. Additionally it always asks me to review the app when in the middle of making deliveries. If they really wanted feedback, they should ask for it after I sign out.

I never realized as employee that we were on a shot clock. 2 wks. ago I was written up for taking to long to close sale. since then I have kept a log book with total data of each stop. things like elevators, no close parking, bad routing etc etc. why because I never have stroked it, the assumption was wrong. this week each stop has offered a new thing for the app. and yet the instructions are clearly on the wall at wk I was informed.
