How to login from abroad? I live in Qatar, i have to print out my medical report, i tried to login many times but it shows server error..

All of my family members history is gone while trying to add one member! In the end, couldn't add anyone, app closes and doesn't provide OTP to the assigned number either. This is so disappointing. I really need to see the past reports of a critical family member, this is so unacceptable from a Hospital app.
