All of my family members history is gone while trying to add one member! In the end, couldn't add anyone, app closes and doesn't provide OTP to the assigned number either. This is so disappointing. I really need to see the past reports of a critical family member, this is so unacceptable from a Hospital app.

This is a very useful app for Square Hospital's patient. But this app have to improve more. App UI is not upto the mark. Sometime app crashed. Map interface is not optimised. Overall app user interface and GUI is not upto the mark. Please launch more standard and stable version. Please ensure the security as well because you are giving the option to pay through online so make sure the ap is secure for the payment.

Not so user friendly. Need to more update and info base. Appointment should show clear details information. Booked for an appointment and confirmed but prior to the time get to know that it was for another brunch. But no indication or hints of different branches on the app.
