the ads while in other apps are *cancerous*. fake close buttons and all. real sad. Sometimes there are good offers and the sellers are mostly nice but I can't for the life of me add my credit card. the support is garbage and all it does is use ready-made phrases and say "we're working on it". I believe it's all for you to kinda be obligated to use the shopee credit. no, thanks I'm not giving the pics of my drivers licence for a foreign app.

If you want to buy something like mug, shirt or toy, it's great. Amazing prices and delivery times. Anything even REMOTELY large and heavy never gets delivered, like a bag of cat food for example. It will get stuck in a random "logistics center" in the middle of nowhere and NEVER get picked up. It defeats the point of buying online, I've had to wait WEEKS after a product's delivery date to receive it. The attendants tell me I have "maximum priority" and NOTHING CHANGES, IT IS STILL STUCK.

Products arrive, arrive in time, user reviews are usually accurate, Shopee solves any problems quickly and returning a product is simple and conveniente. They also have good filtering options that make it easy to find exactly what you need.
