They used to be great at first, but now no free shipping at all, if the product is damaged or doesn't work at all they pretty much take 0 responsibility for it, neither shoppe nor the store you're buying from will give you back the money. The good thing about shoppe at least for me everything has arrived, the shipping process so far it's been good.

Well, let me put it simple. there is no communication. As simple as that. i.e. an AI (I guess) denied my credit before seeing my outstanding credit card bank statement. I was ready for a first PO for 7k paid with my own money. Got it at AliExpress with extra bonuses. Don't think they're ready for the major leagues. Ohh Well, It was fun though

It use to be great when they had the free shipping option, but now I guess they got stingy. Also, to return a product it's such a hassle. Just because I pressed "received product" these guys don't want to help me with a refund. You have to request a refund before you confirm "received product." Its SO confusing. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
