This app encourages users to buy VIP, but then after a while, it claims they've violated the terms of service. When I contacted support, they said they didn't know which part I actually violated and kept asking me to use it normally, even though it wasn't my fault because I'm buying things on there. Also, after using it for a long time, you might receive fewer vouchers than a new account or an account that hasn't been used for a long time.

As a person who always run out of money, Shopee is my best choice of all shopping apps. This app is useful, friendly, multifunctional, convenient, and easy-to-use. The price is good. There're always lots of vouchers at special occasions such as Black Friday, New Year, End Year, Half Year,... The assistants are also friendly, respectful, and polite. They always reply soon and help me with the things I need. The shippers go at right time and date. In my experience, I haven't got any orders late.

One of the worst marketplaces when it comes to VIP customers. Even at Platinum tier there’s no real support, no English-language app, no expedited refunds, and no meaningful bonuses. Instead, you get a pile of low-value vouchers, a few taxi credits, and ChatGPT Go. Add a marketplace flooded with counterfeit products (especially in Vietnam), and shopping becomes a nightmare. As a customer, you expect the platform to step in — but it doesn’t.
