This app encourages users to buy VIP, but then after a while, it claims they've violated the terms of service. When I contacted support, they said they didn't know which part I actually violated and kept asking me to use it normally, even though it wasn't my fault because I'm buying things on there. Also, after using it for a long time, you might receive fewer vouchers than a new account or an account that hasn't been used for a long time.

This is the worst possible marketplace in the whole world. They steal money from foreigners. The goods are of terrible quality and it's impossible to reach support or even the delivery company. You cannot connect your vietnamese account when paying, you cannot receive refunds without a bank account. You cannot use Shopee pay. The worst: you cannot contact the delivery. If you're not at home, there's no way to contact the guy and pay by QR, or rearrange the delivery time. STAY AWAY!

one of the most annoying apps to use. The minute Amazon sets up a warehouse here I'll start using it no questions asked. everything from contacting a seller, to checking out, to delivery is frustrating and overly complicated. no amount of savings is worth the inconveniences this app causes
