Beware of this scam platform. Will provide you with all sorts of guarantees but when they have to compensate - will just cancel your order and freeze your money for 20 extra days "pending credit". Track every refund as they like to mark refund completed without actually refunding you. Platform is full of fake (advertised as genuine) and used (advertised as new) items.

Bought a gift to ship to my friend's house. She doesn't receive it. I checked and there is no phone number to contact shipper, so I submitted a support ticket to Shopee on Sunday. Received an email today saying they tried to contact me via their app notification but couldn't so they closed my case. In conclusion, paid for product but doesn't receive anything, no refund, my friend is unhappy, support sucks, I'm so mad to the point that I have to write my very first bad review for an app.

I don't know what happened to my account something strange or what Why do you block the reward function when I watch the livestream! Really really annoying and I didn't receive any explanation or solution of that
