Very bad experience with LimeRoad. I have filed 2 complaints for my return, and every time customer support says it will be resolved within 2 days, but no action from them. The delivery partner never comes for pickup, and their phone is always busy. Products may also differ in color or size from what is shown. One of the product after picked up is still showing verification pending. App shows COD order's which was not placed by me. Buying from LR app means waste of time and money.

Very disappointing experience with LimeRoad. I ordered one product, but received a completely different/wrong product. I immediately informed the delivery person at the time of delivery, but instead of resolving the issue, I was simply told to raise a return request myself. The issue was reported within 10–15 minutes of delivery, and I have clear photos of the package and the product received as proof. Such mistakes from the seller/platform and the way the issue is handled are really frustrating

Very disappointing experience with LimeRoad. I ordered jeans, but the delivery came around a week late and there was no proper tracking update. On top of that, I received the wrong size and a different colour from what I ordered. The return/exchange option is also not working properly. Overall, very poor delivery and customer service experience.
