Everytime there is a sale, the app server crashes. It's unable to handle high volumes. No load bearing capacity edit: app has been significantly improved. very good load and performance. search needs improvement. order tracking, sales alerts, inventory are all very good. prices are extremely competitive and great discounts.

​I took advantage of the "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion and ordered 4 pairs of pants. However, the store only shipped 3 pairs. They canceled the 4th pair on their end, but they still charged me the full amount and have completely failed to issue a refund for the missing item. ​It is completely unacceptable to cancel a customer's item due to stock issues and then keep their money. I have essentially been forced to pay full price for items that were advertised as part of a BOGO deal.

The worst app I have ever used. First, they failed to deliver the product on the promised date and then asked me to wait a few more days. After that, they cancelled my order, citing it as out of stock, despite previously assuring delivery. Even after almost a week, I have not received my refund only repeated assurances with no actual action. Customer support is unresponsive and unable to provide any concrete resolution. This has been my worst online shopping experience.
