Customer service and the tech on this app is extremely bad. I ordered a top. It was legit just 400 and the amount of hassle I had to do to get the top was so not worth anything. I really liked the top I ordered from their store but tbh the customer service and the tech involved in so bad. The otp system, the cancellation, the delivery everything was chaos to the max. I will think 18278+ times to ever ever order from this brand.

I ordered a product from LimeRoad, but I received the wrong item. When I contacted customer support for exchange, they refused to help and did not provide any proper solution. This is very disappointing service. I trusted this platform, but my experience was very bad. I request the team to improve customer support and exchange policy so that customers don’t face this problem again. Not satisfied with the service. ❌😔

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a product from this site, and it was completely not as described—poor quality and nothing like what was shown. I immediately raised a return request, but no one even showed up to pick it up. Instead, they casually updated the status to “product quality not matched” and are now refusing to process the return. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Zero accountability, zero customer support, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
