Ratings and reviews

App closes on sign in. I've tried signing in and I get to the point where I enter my mobile number. I enter my number and click to continue, the app states 'provisioning in progress, please wait' and then the app closes a few seconds later. Nothing I do changes this. Hard to use my work phone when this app and all of its counterparts don't seem to play well with any sort of remote connection. This was supposed to be the backup since the desktop app has its own plethora of issues.

Worst app I've ever used. Calls never have a clear connection no matter how strong your WiFi or data. Makes my work day much harder than necessary. Update 4-24-24: still absolutely the worst app I've ever come across. Constantly allows phone calls to come through on my personal line so I don't know if it's a business call or personal call. App randomly closes and stalls if you just happen to dismiss the notification that it's running in the background. Whoever designed this should be fired

I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app 6 times over the course of one week. 5 of those being over the last 3 days. It works fine for a few hours and then refuses to launch or open. I grant it the permissions, and it will still say that no permissions are granted. I don't know if it makes a difference but I'm experiencing issues on my old S23 and now S24 Ultra.
