Most mushroom identification apps won't help here. They need internet access to send the image to a server and wait for a response. MycoLens doesn't. It's a truly offline mushroom identifier—the neural network, species database, and entire photo collection live on your phone. Point the camera at any mushroom and get an instant identification from 1,580 species—from boletes, chanterelles, and morels to dangerous lookalikes like the death cap and poisonous amanita. No signal. No waiting. No data transfer—ever.

HOW IT WORKS
Open the camera, press Recognize, and aim at the mushroom. The on-device image recognition model analyzes each frame live, ranking the best matches with a percentage of certainty. Hold the camera for a moment until the stability tracker locates the best match. Switch to Analysis mode to have the model vote across dozens of frames for even more reliable identification.
