I usually always have a good experience with shutterfly. The quality of my photos on their cards is outstanding. The service is quick and reliable. The one time I was sent the wrong project I used the automated help service to get the correct project remade. Even after confirming the correct project order # I was sent the wrong project order again. Other than that, it's a great service that I continue to use.

This whole process of trying to upload and get prints has been a bit of a nightmare. I had to constantly log out/into the app just to upload photos. I bought express shipping on the photos that I picked for my child's first birthday party. I will say the prints did get delivered quickly. However, there were photos missing that I know I picked out. There were several photos that had duplicate prints, and then even more that were randomly zoomed in or cropped! I never edited any of them!

Disappointed. I ordered birth announcement cards for my daughter, and the photos were printed off-centered on every single card! These were not cheap! I expected better. Plus, I ordered some additional prints, and they seem to be lost in the mail, or are being shipped with the slowest possible carrier. There has not been an update to the tracking in 5 days! I've been a customer for years, this is unacceptable
