Booking a seat on Shuttlers is a click away, here is how it's done;
* Fund your wallet easily using the payment platform or through bank transfer
* Select pick up and destination location, confirm time and click on Book shuttle
* You will get a push notification when the shuttle starts
* Check-in to confirm and pay for seat
* Join the Shuttle at the designated bus-stop
* Seat back, fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride!

My first time using shuttlers was a terrible experience. I spent over an hour at the bus stop both to and fro and no apologies for that but when I got to my bus stop 1 minute late and my driver was rude, started ranting without even communicating and in turn left me at the bust stop. Shuttlers tracker keeps buffering whenever the trip starts so you don't even know when the ride has gotten to. Support not responding for both calls and chats. It is well. #TypicalNigerianFirm

A very good service been rendered but the app has a lot of issues, a lot of glitches. sometimes I try to search for my route and even before I start typing, it brings out "Something went wrong" or when I am actively on the app it will say " app not responding, close app". it's very upsetting because there are times where I am trying to track my bus and I have to start uninstalling and reinstalling just to get the app to work. please work on your glitches, they are not appealing at all.

Experienced with my first pick up with no communication 🙃 plus return, the AC was not turned on,only fan. Sweating and uncomfortable 🙃 . However ,the ride was ok.
