We built Sia because we needed it ourselves.
For years, we both thought something was wrong with us. Crowded places drained us. Other people's moods hit like waves. We'd need hours alone just to feel normal again. Sound familiar?
Then we learned about High Sensitivity - a trait shared by 15-20% of people. Our nervous systems process everything more deeply. It's not a flaw. It's how we're wired.
But when we looked for apps to help, everything felt... wrong. Generic meditation apps made for everyone. Wellness advice that ignored how differently our brains work. Nothing understood that we don't just need to "calm down" - we need tools designed for nervous systems like ours.
So we built Sia.
What you'll find inside:
Techniques that actually work for sensitive nervous systems. Not recycled mindfulness tips - real tools for real situations.
Overwhelmed at work? There's a technique for that. Overstimulated after socializing? We've got you. Can't stop replaying conversations in your head? Yeah, that too.
Every technique has two parts: "Right Now" for immediate relief, and "Go Deeper" to understand why it works for brains like ours.
Your personal toolkit
Track what actually helps YOU. Save favorites to your Relief Toolbox. Mark techniques as "I'm practicing" or "Works well for me." Over time, you build a personalized toolkit based on real experience - not generic recommendations.
Take the HSP Profile Quiz
Discover your unique sensitivity dimensions. Are you more emotionally sensitive? Sensory sensitive? Both? Understanding your profile helps you find the right techniques faster.
Your privacy matters
We know how personal this journey is. Your data stays on your device. Journal entries, tracking, preferences - all encrypted locally. Nothing uploaded. Your inner world is yours alone.
This app is for you if:
You've been called "too sensitive" your whole life. You feel things deeply and need more downtime than others. Loud environments, strong emotions, and busy days hit you harder. You're tired of wellness advice that doesn't get it.
Sia gets it. Because we get it.
Welcome home.
