When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, it often freezes and won't even open- not ideal when trying to access tickets for an event! Closing and/or reinstalling does not appear to solve the problem, instead an abundance of patience, time and crossed fingers are required.

The ticket portion literally never loads. I always have to fire up the laptop when I want to buy football tickets which defeats the entire purpose of having this app. I bleed purple and gold but this app is honestly pretty useless.

Zero stars. Play protect scanned the app and said it was dangerous and may attempt to steal information. App only asked for access to notifications at install. Play protect says spp was trying to access everything and recommended uninstalling the app. Devs, you must do better.
