When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, it often freezes and won't even open- not ideal when trying to access tickets for an event! Closing and/or reinstalling does not appear to solve the problem, instead an abundance of patience, time and crossed fingers are required.

I don't know what the problem with this is, but the app totally does not work now on either of two successive phones of mine. I love JMU, but the app is useless.

Zero stars. Play protect scanned the app and said it was dangerous and may attempt to steal information. App only asked for access to notifications at install. Play protect says spp was trying to access everything and recommended uninstalling the app. Devs, you must do better.
