The app does not work. I can't even open the app without it giving me an error message. I removed the app and redownloaded it and still gives me the error message. I don't have my tickets and it's less than a week before the game. Great, this ought to be fun for a lot of people. Last year the whole ticketing experience was awful. It looks like we improved backwards. Whoever does ticketing needs to be fired.

Can't access tickets for the Possee Pass. No resolution was offered or any alternate way to access tickets that are bought and paid for. The disrespect and dismissal by the school are unacceptable. Was told it was my problem and I would need to buy a ticket at the office to access games I have already paid for. Buyer beware!

App quit working last football season. Now it is simply unusable. Based on other reviews, this is obviously a common and ongoing issue.
