The app does not work. I can't even open the app without it giving me an error message. I removed the app and redownloaded it and still gives me the error message. I don't have my tickets and it's less than a week before the game. Great, this ought to be fun for a lot of people. Last year the whole ticketing experience was awful. It looks like we improved backwards. Whoever does ticketing needs to be fired.

This app does not open properly any more. since the end of the school year the app has not worked right. Will not open and no recent updates.

Worked great until this week. I dont know if it was the forced Verizon update to my phone or the app itself, but now the app wont even open. Loads then crashes. How am I supposed to accesa my tickets if its no longer compatible with my Galaxy 24 Ultra?
