App doesn't provide any way to choose the video you want to view. They claim to have 40+ digital classes but you can't see them to choose one. You have to fill out a form that doesn't have all the body parts and then they show you one video as a "Daily Program." There is basically no control offered to the user. It's a very poor user experience overall.

All I want from this app is the ability to browse all available videos by body part and play them one at a time. The videos in the app are content I cannot seem to access any other way; there are only a few how-to videos on their YouTube channel. This is really disappointing, as it limits the utility of the (not inexpensive) tool I just purchased. The ability to create custom routines would be nice as well, but I first and foremost want straightforward access to all the videos.

In the meantime, we suggest that you give the Guided Recovery feature a try - you can select the muscle group(s) and tool that you would like to use during the session, which will give you tips and tricks for targeting any specific areas!

Great companion app to help guide my pre and post workout recovery which using the my sidekick tools. They have videos for all the muscle groups that needed my attention and they were easy to follow. Top notch.
