Our mobile application provides access to your Signal Financial Federal Credit Union digital services 24/7. You can manage your accounts, cards, payments, bills, and more with your smartphone or tablet. This is a digital branch in the palm of your hand!

Trade Bitcoin, deposit checks, issue a digital card. It all can be done anytime, anywhere right from your phone. Our goal is to provide the digital services you need to enable your financial empowerment.

Overall, more robust but, navigation and security through the app is FAR worse. No upgrade for my original app, it just kept erroring. I found this all new version on my own when I was checking for an upgrade. Nothing carries over and I had to start from scratch setting up and logging in. Custom options are also unintuitive. Open the app and account balances immediately appear, no biometric ID needed until AFTER they're already visible with option to "add external accounts." Why would I??

Not enough information available when checking on personal loan account. Instead of showing "no payment due" when monthly payment has posted, it should show due date and amount of next payment. One payment sent for August never posted until September, showing 2 September payments and August delinquent!

--- I like that Visa card is accessible on main with savings and other accounts. --- In mobile app not obvious where to block debit card. I see the Visa card management but not the debit. --- memo description can be added at creation of transfer. Memo appears to be in separate section of transaction page. The little pencil icon suggests memo edit possible for autodeposits and purchases. But doesn't save. Visa paydown categorized as mortgage paydown when generated on its page.
