About this app

The Application has been developed in the framework of a European-funded Project named I3LUNG (https://i3lung.eu/ ). The project’s main objective is to create a cutting-edge decision-making tool that will aid both doctors and patients in selecting the best lung cancer treatment plan. I3LUNG will enroll more than 2000 patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, with the aim of investigating their individualized response to immunotherapy. The I3LUNG App has been designed and developed for the daily monitoring of QoL, and will be used by the patients recruited in the prospective clinical study of the i3Lung project. The functional requirements of the app have been defined in strict collaboration with the clinicians and the psychologists participating in the project. The specific data, based on requirements, are used in the basis of general monitoring of the user’s Quality of Life and may be correlated with the clinical data collected during the prospective clinical study.
