Ratings and reviews

Since I've joined Signet they've been great. Any questions I have are always answered in full, whether that's through the app or at the bank. My experience with the staff has always been service with a smile too. If I had one minor complaint it would be not being able to transfer from 3rd party apps. Other than that I would highly recommend Signet to anyone looking for a FCU.

So easy to navigate, haven't experienced anything where the app couldn't describe and or fix or explain my question and also convenient for those of us who can't get to the bank very often.

Has everything you need except the option to turn your card on and off. Would be handy when you lose your card then find it two days later. Quick response time when needing questions answered. All in all...great app!
