Update below this 3-star downgrade review: Downgrading to 3 stars: Newest update is causing the app to lose connection with the CGM device. Please fix this bug. Downgrading to 2 stars now. New bug on app causes my phone to shutdown the app altogether and it states that there is a bug that is causing it to do so. After this sensor, which it is my last in the pack, I will be uninstalling this app for fear of whatever this bug may do to my phone. All in all it was a great run, but time to let go.

The app has been consistently getting worse since going to the Dexcom G7. I lose connection almost every ten minutes and get error after error. I've had to have three Dexcoms in the last 2 months replaced because the sensor was broken. I'm constantly having to recalibrate with a finger prick confirmation. What is the point of the monitor if I have to manually check several times a day? This is frustrating because I used to love this app and the G6 monitors.

Super buggy, lots of disconnection errors. Their customer support is good for minor things but bigger problems are often left unresolved. Update to my review Jan 18, 2025 - still a ton of super bugs. I'm on my 3rd sensor that won't connect. It sits and stews on the connection screen, counts down then NOTHING! Such a waste of a medical device and such a waste of being poked....
