WORST EXPERIENCE using this app, I can't even go to the next step just because of the field email. The application keeps on discarding the info about my email, although I have filled it with the right information. I tried to retry a few times, but the result is still the same. I opened the 'Chat Bantuan' but still an error. I tried another way using WhatsApp, but it is handled by AI -- and my problem still can't be solved.

Love this app! It has made my hospital visits so much more efficient. I no longer need to deal with long registration processes or wait in queues. With just a few taps on the app, I receive a barcode that I can scan upon arrival at the hospital, and I’m all set to meet the doctor. It even helps me secure my queue number for the pharmacist and cashier, saving me a lot of time and hassle.

Helpful hospital app especially if we need to quickly make an appointment with doctors. Very easy and seamless too, once you're arrived in the hospital, you can simply check-in and go straight to the counter to wait for your turn to be called in. Sometimes, the app is buggy and have annoying glitches, thus the 4-stars
