I purchased a 7-day plan from this eSIM provider. It worked fine for the first two days, but after that I completely lost network coverage. I reached out to customer service, and all they told me was that they would escalate the issue to the provider. After that, I never received any response or resolution. In the end, it was a complete waste of more than $50 CAD. Very disappointing experience.
