To use the Simmons Bank Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a Simmons Bank Online Banking user. If you currently use our Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Online Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Well for some reason the app just entirely logged me out and everytime I try to log back in it keeps telling me that verification had failed and to recheck my credentials, but i made sure i was typing in my password correctly everytime. It was working just fine then suddenly logged me out when I was just updating and changing my password. Please let the app ask you if you want it to remember your username and password so something like this doesn't happen again. Also fix yalls website as well.

Transactions are frequently posted out of order, causing overdraft so they can try to make money in fees. App is out of service and useless multiple times a month, sometimes for 24+hrs at a time where you can't access your accounts. Text notifications are frequently hours or even DAYS behind. Looking for a new bank at this point. EDIT: I've brought this up with Simmons multiple times since they bought my local bank a few years ago and can never get a straight response.

I made a bill payment and it said "processing" for the longest time. After a few minutes, I logged out and then back in. I checked to see if the payment had gone through and it hadn't. So I made the payment. Got up today and both payments went through. I called Simmons and they say there is nothing they can do. This app sucks and Simmons not offering to help with THEIR error has me pondering when to close my account and go elsewhere.
