Video Looper is an A–B repeat player for practicing one part of a video: set A and B around the step, riff or swing you are learning, slow it down and loop it until it sits. Loop Studio can also turn that part into a repeat, boomerang or reverse video to save or share.
▶ LOOP THE PART YOU NEED
• Drag the A and B handles on the thumbnail strip, or play and tap Set A here / Set B here.
• Step one frame back or forward. The arrows use the clip's real frame times, so A and B land on a frame. If those times can't be read, the arrows step 1/30 s and the screen says so.
• Repeat the section ×1, ×3, ×5, ×10 or until you stop. A ring shows how many passes are done.
• Pause between repeats: none, 0.5, 1, 2 or 3 seconds, to get back into position.
▶ SLOW IT DOWN
• Playback speed from 0.25× to 2× in seven steps.
• Preserve audio pitch tries to keep the original pitch when the speed changes.
• Speed trainer: after each repeat the speed rises by 0.05× until 1×.
• Mirror the picture for dance practice and pinch to zoom up to 4×.
• Full screen, with the phone turned sideways if you like.
• Save the frame on screen as a picture in Photos.
▶ SAVED SECTIONS
• Name a section (Intro, Turn, Bar 12) and open it again in one tap from the library.
• Play the saved sections of a clip one after another.
• The library lists your videos with file name, length, date added and their sections. Favorites stay at the top.
• Back up your sections to a small file and restore them later. Before anything changes, the restore shows how many are new, already here or deleted earlier.
▶ MAKE A LOOP VIDEO
• Repeat: the section several times in a row, up to 10.
• Boomerang: forward, then backward, up to 10 times.
• Reverse: the section played backward once.
• Speed from 0.25× to 2× built into the video. Size 480p, 720p or 1080p, never above the original.
• Preview first, then export an MP4 with no watermark and save it to Photos or share it.
▶ GOOD TO KNOW
• A loop video can be up to 60 seconds long, and a section up to 3 minutes. Boomerang and Reverse work on up to 900 frames (30 seconds of a 30 fps clip).
• Sound: Repeat keeps the sound at normal speed (1×) when the clip's sound can be copied. Other speeds, Boomerang and Reverse make silent videos. Preserve audio pitch is for playback.
• Mirror and zoom are for playback in the app. Exported videos are not mirrored, and full screen shows the plain picture.
• A video you add is copied into the app, so it uses storage. Removing it from the library deletes that copy; the original in your gallery stays. Backups hold your sections, not the videos.
• No camera and no microphone. Loop Studio only adds the videos and frames you save to Photos.
• Your library and sections stay on your phone. No sign-up.
• Ads appear on the library screen, when the app opens and sometimes after you save or share a video. Not during playback and not while a video is being made.
