SimpleBills was created in 2008 when two roommates couldn’t stop arguing over their utility bill. One guy would always end up paying the bill, while the other took forever to reimburse him. After figuring there had to be an easier way to manage utilities, they created a complete utility management company that handles communication with utility providers and keeps all utilities in one place. (Have roommates? Pay only your portion!)

The purpose of the SimpleBills for Residents app is to further enhance your experience by making access to information and payments even more convenient. With the app, you can check your personal utility usage and costs at any time and even pay your bill on-the-go.

Ratings and reviews

Will absolutely never use them again. Their records will have missing months in the history. They will continue to bill you even months after you've already moved out and despite you having paid everything. They always have an excuse or an error, but it's up to you to deal with it. Their staff always has attitudes whenever you try and contact them for help. And you cannot actually download any pdfs despite their apps saying you can. Just don't use them and save yourself the hassle & stress

I've been messed over by this company for the 5th year now they don't know how to bill you properly. I have called them 100s of times to discuss this n get no call back no one to talk too so I get charged more money on late fees and violations the billed me last month alone on Aug 6 457.00 and aug 11, 763.00 and I live on w fixed income and everything I pay is on auto pay and they took a second withdrawal and my account was negative 3786.22 iny bank account cause the 6 other auto pays bounced

I was forced to use this app by my apartment complex and the bills I got just didnt make sense for how much electricity I was using, and then to top it off at the end they estimated my move out utilities and they were more than double my last months utilities even though no one will be living in the apartment that last month
