Ratings and reviews

It's good - looking, pretty user - friendly, and not too hard to understand - but Simple Gallery CAN'T or WON'T do one of the things that I'm currently looking for in an app: unhindered, customizable, movable photo ordering. Even when I make a new folder or album, either the "sort by" or "group by" settings (if not BOTH of them) force my pictures to be in a set order based on SOMETHING (name, date, file size, file type, etc.). I can't even move the pictures I DID upload to be how I want either.

I paid for the full featured app (because I needed a samsung gallery alternative), yet it keeps annoying me with a pop-up asking to rate the app. So I'm rating it down for that reason alone. But also, the app has a splash (startup) screen that you can't disable and shows again every time you navigate away, which is irritating to say the least. I still use it anyway but it is not a proper 1:1 replacement for the stock gallery and everyone should know that.

The ad blocks the app I never got to even use it but I did install the game the ad game that was advertised It was so good I ended up playing the game where you chop trees down and kill polar bears but this gallery app I can say is no good. It's unusable. It froze in the ad game and wouldn't let me do anything else even after I played the game and downloaded it.
