This gallery app is smooth, clean and I do highly recommend it. I love that you can briefly edit the photos but I have had a problem for the last couple of months. After cropping my pics, the app freezes on the export. it used to work fine but has been off for awhile. I'm on a Pixel 8 Pro (android, a good quality phone that's up to date). other than that, I love it and still use it everyday.

Exactly what I wanted — a photos app that allows me to have every single photo and downloaded image in a single chronological list. no automatic sorting into folders I never asked for. No AI face recognition. Just a simple straightforward list so I can find things more easily. I also find it very handy to be able to customize the grid resolution.

this app is amazing, but I've been having issues where I'm unable to save edits. e.g: Opening up a video in gallery pro and then tapping on the editor to shorten the video and then save it shows 0% to 100%. once 100% is reached its supposed to open up a window to ask where to save it, this no longer happens and therefore I'm unable to save any editing. I have checked the permission of the apps. I exported settings, 1st time worked, 2nd time it wrote empty null data. Re-installing app fixed it
