I have some vital comments on providing the service ,but l'll settle for one now ! .. despite the good packagfying of the food items,how ever, most of the time it comes almost cold ,which made me suggested to you previously to modify the packaging boxes for the meat items (in particular) to the (foam) containers which keeps the food hot for the longest possible period and that is for now ..

Application is no longer working. it shows a frame of some sort of a an incomplete pop-up window with an X button but then when it's pressed it doesn't go away and doesn't even load properly. so I end up not being able to use the whole application. this has been for weeks now I thought it would be fixed already. at least get rid of the whole pop-up window at the launch screen so we can use the application. Thanks.

I placed an order through the app at 2:45 PM and went to the branch at 3:30 PM. When I arrived, I found that my order was not registered in the system and had disappeared. As a result, I had to wait for more than half an hour while parking in a no-parking zone, even though my order was supposed to be ready for pickup as soon as I arrived. Additionally, the items I selected on the app were incomplete in the system, which I only discovered after receiving my order and going home.
