Unprofessional ,disappointing ,Very very bad experience after 1 week of paying online and confirming the order , fake information, they told me that the items are not available and it would take from 2 to 3 weeks to refund the money.

its not the perfect one?? Its so slow and there is options not exist like the cancelation of the order olso in the payment process it takes time

Adding more disappointment to old review. Drawer broke in less than a year and after sales service guys are still struggling to arrange an inspection even after 7 whole days. Fixing is supposed to be scheduled AFTER the inspection. ..... I wouldn't even have given 1 star. Very dissapointed by the Homebox service. App okayish to use. But the customer service is bad. Emails are rarely responded to. Phone lines are mostly busy. And the commitments made on the phone have been fulfilled 1/4 times.
