I agree with the people saying this app is better than Duolingo. I liked all of the features it offered BEFORE I had to stop the free 7 day trial. After that, I was only able to do the introduction lessons and the basic sentences lessons. I figured that this as because they wanted me to go chronologically, not skip ahead to later lessons, but it isn't. I finished the lessons and they didn't let me do any more. I might bring my rating down if this isn't a bug.

So far, so good. I wish the push to get premium wasn't as frequent (it's after every lesson). I also would have liked a quiz or something to determine my level in a given language, since I usually underestimate my knowledge, which makes the lessons too easy at first. However, if you're switching from Duo because of their AI BS, this is a good transition. It has a similar reward system, and as a voice actor myself, I can tell all of the recordings are genuine, all-human voices.

Lots of room for improvement. The best part is the wide variety of languages that aren't available on other apps. A decent enough layout. Native speakers. But the lessons aren't tailored to the language you're learning so you'll be saying the same things in everything. The lessons are also a bit boring. The grammar and culture notes are a bit sparse. Still worth it if you're Interested in a more obscure language. I'll personally be coming back to learn some Mongolian myself.
