Ratings and reviews

Cannot delete. You have to input user and password. No combination whatsoever seems to be correct. The combo that was not rejected must have been the correct one, but nothing happened. I try to change profile pic, select save. The pic blinks, and remains the same. I feel trapped into an app that makes sure you cannot remove it. Not responsive to changes. atall. Do barbers see reviews? The last one pushed back my hairline and was mad I didnt reserve 72 hrs in advance although a slot was open.

it's a good app. what I think would make it even more enjoyable is if clients could be on a wait/watch list. if I have a booked day a client can add themselves to a watch list. if a spot becomes available they will be notified about a spot opening up and is available. I think that would be and awesome future! A feature like that could help us keep our days booked.

UPDATE BELOW* Everytime my barber sends a message out to his clients I can't see the whole message and when I click on it hoping that it will open the message in the app, nothing happens and I do not get to read the message. The message disappears...Very frustrating. Update!!! They have fixed the message issue and has been working very well! Thank you for fixing the issue!!!
