Initially found tough to connect. But once mange to connect, seems to work well. For those who could not bind the watch to phone: Turn Bluetooth on the cell phone but do not pair or add this device. Go to the app and add device it will connect in no time. Also synchronize data. U can change look as u wish by following the steps. Go ahead and have fun using it.

Unable to get Bluetooth connection. U-watch is App, comes up e_watch when trying to pair. Unable to use. Boooo!!! I have a Samsung S22 phone in case that makes any difference. An Apple won't work either. 😒

For anyone ha in issues connecting the watch turn Bluetooth on but dontpair to phone open app and bind the watch to the app while BT is on then it will connect thru app. The watch isn't bad it relatively easy to set up and use I just wish there were a way to change the watch face I'm having a issue connecting to camera and messages but patience is key and I'm learning more and more about this simple watch Also there should be a way to reset the step counter for each day Hope this helps
